Moses Mendoza is an asset to the students and faculty at NCU with his charisma and energy that inspires those around him. He began his journey at North Central University in August 2006 as Assistant Professor of Youth Studies. Moses has a wealth of experience in the realm of youth. He served over a decade as youth pastor at an urban bilingual church in Lansing, MI and also has served as the District Youth Director of the Midwest Latin District since 2002. He is called to reach youth and train youth leaders and pastors to relevantly minister to adolescents . With his own style of visual and interactive ministry, Moses touches the lives of those he speaks to. Moses has been married to his wife Julie for 13 years. He has two sons; Micah who is 12 and the newest addition is Mason, who is now two. On the weekends, he loves hanging out with his whole family, including his chocolate Lab, Sasha, while watching his favorite teams the Michigan Wolverines and God's team, the Dallas Cowboys.
