Brian Pingel is the Director for the Center for Youth and Leadership and an assistant professor of Youth Studies at North Central University. He has been involved in full time youth ministry for 20 years. He has committed the last six years to help motivate and train emerging and existing leaders by helping them develop their unique strengths so they can better serve their communities. Brian and his wife Kristi live in Minneapolis with their three sons.
