Social Media Intern

Metro Hope Ministries is a Christian non-profit recovery ministry. At Metro Hope Ministries, our staff and volunteers are making a real difference and changing lives every day. We are seeking an intern to assist with Marketing and Social Media.  This is a part-time (approx 10 hours per week), unpaid position.  This internship will provide an opportunity to exercise your creativity, utilize your computer skills, gain valuable work experience and deepen your faith. 

Responsibilities:

•    Maintain and update our online company profiles ( eg., Facebook, Lindedin, etc..)
•    Manage our presence on social networking sites
•    Work with staff to design and implement online/social media communication and campaigns.

Requirements:

•    Extensive experience with  Social Media—facebook, twitter, blogging, etc..
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
•    Artistic and creative
•    Good communication skills
•    Ability to work independently
•    Strong writing skills
